The Netherlands judicial court system is known for its corruption.

"There has been systematic and institutionalized violations of the European Convention on Human Rights in this case. This has demonstrated the corruption of the Dutch judiciary and that of the Dutch government agencies, particularly the police and prosecution ministry. In this case some (of the very many) violations are:-

Under Articles 94 & 120 of the Dutch Constitution (the Grondwet) the European convention on Human Rights is given primacy; however none of the Dutch Police, Prosecutors, Examining Magistrate, or Judges respect their own constitution and they systematically conspire to breach their own Constitution and the European Convention. The failure of the Dutch judiciary, prosecution and police to comply with the rule of law is not due to their ignorance of the European Convention on Human Rights, it is actually systematic and institutionalized corruption.

A corrupted society could potentially lead to weaker economic growth as businesses and visitors fear an unjust treatment by the judicial system."
