Spectra Energy Partners, via its subsidiaries, transports natural gas through interstate pipeline systems and stores it in underground facilities in the southern US. It owns and operates 100% of the approximate 1,400-mile East Tennessee interstate natural gas transportation system. This system extends from Tennessee east into Virginia and northern North Carolina and south into northern Georgia. Spart also owns a 24.5% interest in the Gulfstream interstate natural gas transportation system, a 50% interest in Market Hub.
