Archer Daniels Midland Company acquires, transports, stores, processes, and markets agricultural commodities and products ADM has three divisions; Oilseeds Processing, Corn Processing, and Agricultural Services. Oilseeds Processing processes and converts oil seeds into vegetable oils and meals for the food and feed industries. The Corn Processing segment wet and dry mills corn. It manufactures syrup, starch, glucose, dextrose, and sweeteners; corn gluten feed and meal, and distillers grains; corn germ; and alcohol, amino acids, and other food and products used in animal feed. Agricultural Services buys, stores, cleans, and transports agricultural commodities, for resale as animal feed ingredients and raw materials. In a nutshell; ADM transform crops into food products, animal feeds, agri-fuels and chemicals.
