PM CONCEPT CONSULTING SRL was established in 2006 having as main activities: CAEN 7022 - Activities of business and management consulting, and among secondary objects CANE 7220 - Research and development in the humanities, CAEN 8559 - Other education activities, NACE 7810 - Activities of employment placement agencies workforce. The main objective of the company is providing training for skills management and consulting for accesing european funds. Another objectiv is the provision of labor market, services regarding information, counseling and work mediation.These services are ANOFM certified and counseling services are provided in accordance with the methodology for the use of Europass instruments and Youthpass. PM CONCEPT CONSULTING SRL also, currently develops courses for whom there are not yet occupational standards, but they are very useful for companies and their human resources.
Knowledge provided through training programs, provide learning support for participants to explore the tools and methodology necessary to reduce the financial losses caused by inexperience organization of information or even skill shortages, and turning those losses into profit. Using non-formal methods in the process of training and soft skill development across all occupations, is the core of our business training. The team's experience in design and implementation of projects led to obtaining financing from various funding programs accessible to our clients. PMCC team memmers are specialists with experience in scientific research, consultancy, advice and training. All activities of PMCC, which is a founding member of PACT's Regional Bucharest Ilfov. converge to promote economic and social cohesion and they target promoting social responsibility contributes to sustainable development and improving the quality of life in Romania.
