Microsoft Working Capital Inv

Hello, I recently looked at the Buffett analysis on MSFT and realised that Working Capital Inv values are negative for past 5 years. Tried to calculate the number myself but have not been able to arrive at the same values. As working capital has been increasing in value, my WC Inv values are positive. Does anyone know the step-by-step calculation used by WikiWealth? Thanks!
In my calculation, I use WC = (CA - Cash) - (CL - Short term Debt)
WC Inv = WC this year - WC last year
