Highbridge Capital was established in 1992 as a global investment management company. Their portfolios included hedge funds, debt management and many other long term held, diversified investment tools. They have offered services to many large companies throughout the world. Highbridge was purchased by JP Morgan Asset Management in 2009. They currently continue to work under the name Highbridge Capital, but are a subsidiary of JP Morgan. Highbridge approaches their investments in a global way, investing money with the approach of long term investments that pose small risk to the initial capital.
