Cocoa Description Update

Cocoa is primarily grown in West Africa, but the product is expanding into other regions of the world. With a versatile application, cocoa is a very lucrative agricultural commodity. Cocoa, often grown in and around coffee plantations, is the base for many products. Chocolate, cocoa butter and cocoa solids are the main products. Cocoa solids have many applications throughout the food industry. Prices for this commodity will depend on demand which peaks during holiday seasons, or can be affected by poor weather conditions. Since cocoa plants also have illegal applications, many times crops can be ruined by drug wars in the region.
