Our audit score over the last year has been up and down like a roller coaster. It seems like we get good at one thing and then fail on something new. Our last audit did show improvement and this is something that our team is proud of. However this has been a weakness for us in the past and still needs to be addressed going forward. On going morning meetings outlining the importance of proper documentation, paying taxes, suppliers, shop MasterCard and slowing down to ensure less errors has been our focus. … "Audit score (Flight Centre)" is a difficult qualitative factor to overcome, so the investment will have to spend a lot of time trying to overcome this issue.
